Other relation such as political, technical, and other equivocal relations must be created too.For instance,a part of problem refers to the system of customs activities. Many Iranian containers carrying Iranian merchandise deliver their goods to their Iraqi counterparts at the border.This is very time consuming and also increases the transport costs. Security quarantees must be given to the Iranian drivers so that the would be able to safely enter Iraq and deliver their loads at the destination. Therefore, there are other solutions with certain priorities that need to be coordinated with the related organizations so that we can continue our exports to Iraq in the best possible manner. iii Much has been said about the lack of information and transparency in destination markets in the recent years.Due to the same factor, many Iranian exporters could not take part in Afghaniatan and Commonwealth of Independent States. Now the main issue is that what policies should be adopted to be able to continue our presence at Iraq's markets and what is the goverment's approach in incorporating private companies in Iraq's reconstruction. Managers of private companies are complaining obout the transitory and non-continuous planning in Iraq' s market and require the longterm and lasting support of the government ?iiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiii We have started strategic planning in the organization. We have cared for both the development of exports and how to coording our organizations with the trends . In the last years we had a comprehensive export plan and there was a general outlook, we are following them at the moment. In the last months of the previous year, the national document of exports development was completed, this document should be authorized by the Management and planning Organization. We believed in this strategy and we think that it must be updated on a daily basis.As for exhibitions I have to say that working diffusedly will add to the costs. Hence, the program for exhibitions in Iraq is organizaed in a concentrated and continuous groups is also completed in a way that we know exactly how many commerical groups are sent to Iraq and what their programs are ? We hope that we can conduct these two programs, sending trade group and holding exhibitions at appropriate intervals.
